During my Christmas stay, I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient. It was close to the main attractions and activities in town, which made it easy to explore and enjoy my holiday. Additionally, the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as it was well-maintained and tidy.
There were a few negative aspects that affected my stay. the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often weak, which made it challenging to stay connected and access the internet.

The rooms were not very clean. Comforters were old and dirty. The bathroom was dirty w/hair in the shower and the "clean" hanging towels had some kind of grunge on them, like they had been dropped. The single pane windows allowed cold air to blow in too easily. Door jams, needed weather seal, daylight and wind came in. American Best Value Inn has a roadside billboard on Hwy70 advertising a lower rate than Booked.net had, because I had a reservation the hotel wouldn't adjust to the lower price. I was in town for a MU football game so switching hotels was not possible.

Nothing. We checked out at 7:00 am and cancelled our second night. I will tell everyone to never stay there.
Everything. Filthy, seedy, scary, poorly maintained, too much money for such a dump. Bugs, hair, leaky shower, dark stairwell, etc etc etc

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room at Rodeway. The beds were comfortable and the updated decor made it feel cozy. The hot water in the shower was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay.

This was the worst most disgusting motel I've ever stayed in. Several rooms were obviously being rented as apartments and had multiple cats in the windows. The rooms were filthy and had roaches, the couch arms were ripped. The one kitchen chair was covered with stains. The dresser in the bedroom was unfinished on one end and was badly scuffed up. The parking lot had broken car window glass obviously from a previous break in. I felt very unsafe. I will never stay there again and I was embarrassed that I booked a second room for my friends. The price of $85.00 per night was way too high for this motel. Plus on the drive there we saw signs that advertised suites at this motel for $39.00 per night. I felt like I was staying at a motel that rented by the hour for hire. BAD BAD BAD.

I was in town for MU Homecoming, I come down every year with my daughters(we're all grads) and its a nice facility in Columbia and serves our needs
We stayed in room 256 and the TV didn't work in the bedrooms. Also, I took a shower in the evening and plenty of hot water but that morning hot water was tepid at best

The hotel room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable and the cable only offered basic channels, limiting our entertainment options. Additionally, the lack of coffee maker and toiletries in the room was inconvenient.

The room was very spacious for the price and very easy to get too, just blocks off of the interstate.
Unfortunately the road traffic was very noticable at night. Also, the hotel only had me down for 1 night and was getting ready to pack my things up. Fortunately I was arriving back at the room before that happened and showed them my reservation confirmation. Not sure how this happened because when I checked in I said that my reservation was for 3 nights and the lady didn't say anything about having me down for just 1 night.

This place is used as low income housing. We booked the place and arrived late riding a motorcycle in a thunderstorm. The person at the desk said the reservation from Booked.net did not come through but he had a room left. As soon as we drove around back we realized we had made a terrible mistake. The fact that he had just called police and was describing a suspect when we first went in the office should have been our signal to move on. The room had roaches, nasty and smelled. In fact we sleep in our clothes on top of the bed cover.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by a few aspects. the desk clerk was friendly and provided helpful suggestions for local restaurants. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, which was a definite plus. Lastly, the hotel was extremely affordable, offering a great deal for budget-conscious travelers like myself.
I must mention a few negative aspects of my stay. The housekeeping staff was quite disruptive, starting their loud knocking on doors early in the morning, interrupting my sleep.

The location was the only good thing about this lodging.
The air conditioner was loud and 'clicking' all night. The drain in the shower had a bad odor every time you used the shower. There was only one pillow per guest and when we asked for additional ones they only had one left in the entire establishment. The pastries for the continental breakfast were stale. All in all this lodging was not worth the $85 a night we spent. We will not ever use this lodging group again.

The location of the hotel is convenient for travelers, with easy access from the interstate. The rooms, although basic, are clean and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are good, ensuring a decent night's sleep. Some rooms even have a refrigerator and a microwave, adding extra convenience for guests.
The cleanliness of the motel rooms could be improved.
